Migration crisis proves boon for some businesses
BERLIN (AP) — People crammed into boats and trekking across borders have become the dominant images of Europe's migrant crisis. In the shadows, however, there are those who are profiting, for whom every migrant is a business opportunity.
The business of migration extends far beyond the human traffickers, who often grab migrants' money and send them on life-threatening journeys on rubber boats or in cramped trucks. It include bus companies and shelter operators that provide essential logistical help to authorities overwhelmed by the sheer number of people in need of housing and transportation. Telecoms companies that sell SIM cards with special contracts for cross-border calls. And petty food-and-drink vendors at train stations are even known to be price-gouging, charging migrants double or triple the amount they'd be charged in stores around the corner.

WEERT - Enkele vluchtelingen zijn ontevreden over de omstandigheden in het asielzoekerscentrum in Weert. Ook klagen ze over de informatievoorziening door het Centraal Orgaan Asielzoekers (COA).
Een vluchteling zegt tegen de regionale zender L1: "We hebben geen privacy. We slapen met 12 personen in een kamer en delen een badkamer. Het AZC is niet geschikt om een gezin onder te brengen, het is een kazerne voor soldaten." En een ander: "Wij voelen ons hier niet goed. Het lijkt op een gevangenis. Of all the points presidential hopeful Ben Carson made in defense of his position that he “would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation,” the most poignant was his referencing of taqiyya, one of Islam’s doctrines of deception.
According to Carson, whoever becomes president should be “sworn in on a stack of Bibles, not a Koran”:
“I do not believe Sharia is consistent with the Constitution of this country,” Carson said, referencing the Islamic law derived from the Koran and traditions of Islam. “Muslims feel that their religion is very much a part of your public life and what you do as a public official, and that’s inconsistent with our principles and our Constitution.”
Carson said that the only exception he’d make would be if the Muslim running for office “publicly rejected all the tenants of Sharia and lived a life consistent with that.”
“I do not believe Sharia is consistent with the Constitution of this country,” Carson said, referencing the Islamic law derived from the Koran and traditions of Islam. “Muslims feel that their religion is very much a part of your public life and what you do as a public official, and that’s inconsistent with our principles and our Constitution.”

En wat gaat ook de bovenstaande met al meer dan 3,2 miljoen views, weer lekker viraal. De toon wordt het hele filmpje al aardig gezet, maar de K.O. verschijnt op het einde, op 5:36. "We are writing history right now. How do we want to be remembered? As xenofobic rich cowards behind fences?" Want dat is wat u volgens dit filmpje bent als u niet elke laatste vluchteling in uw eigen achtertuin opneemt. Tijd voor de GS-snijtafel. Want het filmpje trekt deze conclusie op de onderstaande 'feiten' die eigenlijk helemaal geen feiten zijn. In alle landen met een mannenoverschot worden vrouwen en jonge meisjes steeds vaker het slachtoffer van almaar grover en brutaler seksueel geweld, zoals groepsverkrachtingen en aanrandingen, zelfs in het openbaar.

Kamerleden lachen een volksvertegenwoordiger uit die zegt dat hij opkomt voor zijn eigen volk. Omdat hij doet wat hij staatsrechtelijk geacht wordt te doen, namelijk de mensen te vertegenwoordigen die hem tot kamerlid hebben gekozen.
Kamerleden worden uitsluitend door Nederlanders gekozen. En een kamerlid wordt door zijn collega-kamerleden weggehoond als hij verklaart op te komen voor Nederlanders. Als je de logica van deze redenering doortrekt, wordt het pas echt bizar.
Het nieuwe politiek-correcte credo is blijkbaar dat je als Nederlandse gekozen volksvertegenwoordiger niet mag opkomen voor de belangen van Nederlandse burgers die jou hebben gekozen. Want het gaat het er om dat je opkomt voor niet-Nederlanders.
Zo bizar had zelfs Kafka het niet kunnen verzinnen.

Human smugglers have a document that helps asylum seekers compare the different levels of welfare benefits they can receive in various European countries, according to a report in Jyllands-Posten on Thursday.
According to the newspaper, Danish Integration Minister Inger Støjberg was informed of the welfare comparison document when she met with officials from the EU border agency Frontex in Warsaw last week. The document compares monthly waiting times for family reunification as well as the monetary amount of monthly benefits that are available to refugees in countries including Denmark, Germanyand Sweden.

Container full of “aid” for Muslim “refugees” arrived in Greece and guess what was in there? It was full of weapons. The Greek Coast Guard Seizes Ship Smuggling Weapons and Ammunition into EUROPE as “MUSLIM EXTREMIST” enter EU posing as Syrian REFUGEES.
It was raided on Tuesday 20 nautical miles off Create and has now been escorted to the port of Heraklion where searches began on Wednesday. The ship flies under a Bolivian flag, but its seven-member crew are thought to be from Syria, Egypt and India.
Greek language website kathimerini.gr claims the firm who are registered as owning the ship were identified by American arms trafficking researchers Odessa Network as making nine shipments to Syria in 2012, possibly from Russian and Ukraine.
