The grievances of the Islamic terrorists who have brought carnage and bloodshed to the streets of Paris twice this year reach far back into history.

In their minds, it is not simply wanton violence, but the continuation of a struggle which has raged for more than a millennium.

That is what Osama bin Laden was talking about when he warned the Muslim world back in 1996 ‘that the people of Islam have always suffered from aggression, iniquity and injustice imposed on them by the Zionist-Crusader alliance’.

The Christian figurehead's delusional response to a priest murdered in the name of Islam.

As the Islamic genocide against Christians and other “infidels” goes on and on in the Middle East, jihadists shouting "allahu akbar" (God is great) invaded a Catholic church in Normandy France during mass on July 26th. They beheaded an 85-year-old priest and seriously injured a nun. Yet while declaring that “the world is at war,” Pope Francis refused to acknowledge that this war has any religious component.

Pope Francis explained to journalists accompanying him from Rome to Poland that the war he was referring to was “a war of interests, for money, resources.” He added: “Religions don’t want war. The others want war.”

The jihadists who beheaded the priest, seriously injured a nun and terrorized worshippers did not select the church for their attack in order to steal money from the church’s donation box. They selected the church to harm Christians – just because they were Christians.

The very well known case from European media is not looking like coming to an expected happy end. Those two people have been facing difficulties for years, not only in Egypt where death penalty is sentenced for conversion from Islam to Christianity, but also in Europe, where they were subjected to the acts of discrimination by the Muslim community.

Despite of the case being frequently commented in the international media, i.e.: BBC, Fox News, and many newspapers, not so much has happened so far to change the situation. Ignorance and lack of responsibility for lives of this two innocent people are scaring. Why haven’t European governments and immigration offices done what it takes to protect and ensure security for them? Where they can go next after Egypt, Syria, Germany, France and Sweden? Will the Swedish authority be the one to help and listen to them? Who will take responsibility to save those two?
